Giorgia Falzone

Lawyer and member of the Bar of Rome since 2003, with office in Rome, I practice in the field of labor law, trade union law and social security, carrying out both judicial and extrajudicial legal services.

I am a member of the Regional Executive Council of the AGI Italian Employment Lawyers association, Lazio Section, (reconfirmed in March 2022) and of the Labor Law Commission at the Council of the Rome Bar Association.

I have extensive experience in the management of executive employment relationships and in negotiations regarding termination and resignation.

Since 2009, I have been the Italian representative of Ritchie & Associates, based in South Carolina, and have supported its Italian clients in matters regarding their international business dealings.

Passionate about foreign languages, I speak English and French fluently and have a working knowledge of Spanish. I am methodical and meticulous, especially in my professional activities. I spend my free time in nature and taking part in dog training courses.

Claudio Perrucci

A lawyer since 1993, qualified at the Superior Magistrates’ Courts and with offices in Modena and Vignola, I carry out judicial and extrajudicial activities in civil, commercial and insolvency matters, with particular reference to overall assistance to the corporate world.

I am accustomed to solving with promptness the issues that are submitted to me also thanks to a proven network of collaborators and partners, internal or connected to my firm, being convinced that the complexity of this era imposes an approach aimed at concrete solutions, favored by a rigorous technical competence and a mind open to interdisciplinary comparison among colleagues.

For many years I have been a civil-commercial mediator at the Mediation Board of the Modena Bar Association, of whose Board of Directors I am a member. I deeply believe in the effectiveness of negotiation techniques as a tool for conflict prevention and resolution at every juncture of life, not only professional.

As a good Emilian, in my spare time I love everything that has an engine, putting me behind the wheel of a sports car or my motorcycle, ranging from the track to the road, to reach the chosen place, to be admired with the engine off.
