Fabrizio de’ Sanna

I have been a lawyer since 1997 and I have always dealt with criminal law, particularly in the fields of commercial, bankruptcy, financial and corporate law. The field of economic crimes is often the subject of lectures that I present at conferences of organizations, associations and extra-university courses.

I assist individuals and companies, also dealing with the responsibility of entities – Decree 231/2001 – in trials of significance relating to bankruptcy and corporate crimes, against the Public Administration and Patrimony, financial and tax, environmental and accident prevention violations, banking and medical or professional negligence.

I have had great mentors and I know I rely on solid roots.

I have a great passion for music that harmonizes well with my profession.

Roberto de’ Sanna

I have been a lawyer since 1995 for passion and tradition. My professional specialization has a lot to do with the value of the family and the individual: I have always dealt with private law, corporate law, insurance law and civil liability law. To these areas I combine my expertise in international agency contracts and the coordination of family law in the firm.

I have been a member of the Associazione Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani for over 15 years.

Together with the judicial activity, I carry out the equally important extra-judicial consultancy: I help families to manage their assets ensuring the continuity of well-being among generations.

I believe in perseverance and continuity in everything I do. 

When I am not working, I dedicate myself to the study of Roman history and Latin language, of which I am passionate.

Giorgio Pirovano 

I have been a lawyer since 1991, specialized in private and public employment law, trade union and corporate law. In many years of profession I have developed a wide experience in all aspects, theoretical and practical, related to the events of labour relations, from their origin to their resolution, whether consensual or conflictual, at individual and collective level. I am one of the first members of the association “Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani”, since 2002, when it was founded.

I have extended my skills to the privacy law, in the specific field of labor relations and in the general context of business activity. The continuous updates, the rigorous methodology and the enthusiasm that I always put in what I do are the dominant features of my work ethic.

I’m a marathon runner and as soon as I can, I’m dedicate with passion to running on the road and in the nature. I enjoy challenges. I like completing them.
